Proofing and Delivery
Once your order is placed and we receive your photo, a complimentary proof within 2-5 business days. Production will not begin until proof approval. One round of minor revisions included. Further changes will incur a $7 proof fee per additional proof.
Flatprint orders are estimated to ship within 7-12 business days upon proof approval. Letterpress and thermography orders are estimated to ship within 20-25 business days from proof approval. **Photo assembly and computer calligraphy will add an additional 5-7 business days.
