    • Frosted: Top-shelf dishwasher safe, BPA free, recyclable #5.

    • Styrofoam: Insulated to keep beverages hot or cold, recyclable #6, CFC and BPA free.

    • Stadium: BPA free, recyclable #5.

    • Special note: Handwashing recommended to preserve ink, as some dishwashers and detergents may cause fading or remove ink.

    • Watercolor and full-color artwork are not available with this product. See Full Color Custom Cup.

    • If you are looking for something more unique and tailored than our semi-custom designs, we can create a custom design for you.

    • Custom designs include access to our large font, motif and monogram library.

    • If you see a design on our website but want to change the fonts and add a custom element, this would be considered a custom design.

    • All print ready monograms or artwork files created outside of Surcie fall under the “custom design” product.

    • Watercolor crests, venue drawings and highly detailed custom designs will incur an additional fee.

    2. Click “Personalize & add to cart”.

    3. Make your color selections and enter your design details.

    4. Review your order, ensuring all specifications are correct! Placing an order confirms that you have reviewed and agree to our Terms and Conditions.

    5. If you are providing your own artwork files, please email them to info@shopsurcie.com as soon as your order is placed.. Please provide a vector file (PDF, AI, SVG or EPS format). A $50 file adjustment fee will apply if artwork is submitted in a format that does not meet these guidelines.

    • Please allow 5-7 business days to receive a digital proof.

    • Orders requiring custom artwork outside of our design library may extend the standard proofing timeline.

    • Your initial proof includes one complimentary revision. Any further changes will incur a $15 proof fee.

    • Estimated turnaround times from proof approval: 2-3 weeks.

    • Production will not begin until your proof is approved.

    • Times listed above are estimated and may vary. Please refer to current production times for an accurate estimate.
