Important Dates to Note

WHEN TO ORDER

Placing your order with adequate time for our standard design, proofing and production process will help to eliminate the need for rush fees and unwanted stress.

Initial proof of invitation for signature suites will be received by the client 5-7 business after an order has been placed. Subsequent proofs take 2-5 days each round, so make sure to keep this in mind when determining your order date. Once a proof has received final approval, we move the orders into production. The print method you are selected will determine production turnaround time of your order:
- Flatprint suites: 7-12 business days
- Thermography, letterpress and engraved suites: 25-40 business days
- Bells and Whistles such as computer calligraphy and custom artwork will increase production time, starting at 10 business days and increasing from there based on revisions in the proofing process or artist availability.

WHEN TO MAIL

SAVE THE DATES
- 6-8 months prior to the wedding date. This timeline may vary depending on the wedding’s location, for example, we recommend mailing 10-12 weeks prior to a destination wedding.

WEDDING SUITES
- 8-10 weeks prior to the wedding date for local weddings.
- 10-12 weeks prior to the wedding date for destination weddings.

REHEARSAL DINNER AND WELCOME PARTY
- We recommend mailing these invitations 1-2 weeks after the wedding suite is mailed. This ensures the guest does not receive the Rehearsal Dinner or Welcome Party invitations before the wedding invitation.
